Description
• Develop consistent voice and experience across provider-facing communications • Own email marketing campaigns and user journeys end-to-end • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve email automations • Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling provider experiences
Requirements
• 5+ years in a similar role (Lifecycle, CRM, Email, Retention) • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment • Experience using CRM tools like Iterable and Apero • Highly analytical with deep understanding of A/B testing • Experience developing email, SMS, and in-app journeys • Excellent attention to detail in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
