📋 Description
• Handle 100+ inbound and outbound patient calls daily in English and Spanish • Manage patient appointment scheduling and front desk reception workflows • Use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for record maintenance, scheduling, and patient intake • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic pain and spine conditions • Perform preliminary insurance verifications and authorization follow-ups as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish • 2+ years of front desk experience in a Pain Management or Spine practice is strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling high-volume calls • Prior experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is a strong plus • Full-time contractor position, 40 hours per week • Availability Monday through Friday, 8AM–4PM CST
