📋 Description

• Support management of employee benefits (VA/VR/VT and others) • Support and execute offboarding routines with a focus on calculations, verification, documentation and legal compliance • Monitor sensitive deadlines and assess financial impacts and labor risks • Prepare and review termination documentation • Support calculations of termination payments and reconciliations • Validate legal deadlines and internal procedures • Interface with Legal, managers, Payroll and internal support when necessary • Support homologations (when applicable) and record information in the HR system • Assist with calculation simulations • Apply a digital mindset, show curiosity for new technologies and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Personnel/HR routines, especially benefits management, offboarding and termination processes • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters • Solid understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT), deadlines and types of terminations • Analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts
