• 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment for clients in the USA • Strong understanding of US Recruitment Cycle and terminology • Proficiency in using job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and Free Job Sites • Good verbal and oral communication skills in English • High degree of emotional intelligence and positive attitude
