Description

• Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams responsible for healthcare systems, infrastructure, and applications. • Healthcare Systems Optimization: Design, implement, and maintain healthcare-specific technical systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and optimizations. • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, HIPAA regulations, and other data privacy and security requirements. Implement and enforce best practices to protect patient data and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to align technical strategies with healthcare delivery objectives. • Project Management and Planning: Plan and manage technical projects related to healthcare systems implementation, upgrades, and integrations. Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 5-7 years of experience in technical management, specifically within healthcare IT or healthcare systems management. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR/EMR), and healthcare-specific software applications. • Understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and regulatory requirements. • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
