Description

• Develop a portfolio of ~100-150 SMB customer accounts. • Gather intelligence on how customers are using products • Determine valuable features and services for businesses • Coaching customers on best practices • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling • Build senior-level relationships • Provide premium & high-caliber experience • Solve complex problems • Collaborate with customers to continuously increase product value • Analyze user engagement data and identify actionable insights

Requirements

• Truly believe in company's vision • 2+ years of experience in account and/or project management • Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail • Willingness and ability to travel (<10% of role) • Incredibly curious and empathetic • Adaptable and relentless • Willingness to run through walls to realize vision • Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
