Description
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, messaging) • Schedule appointments and logistical coordination • Maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents • Aid in budget tracking and expense reporting • Process financial transactions such as invoices and reimbursements
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree welcome • 2-3 years of BPO or call center experience • Understanding of SaaS/software technology • Basic knowledge of Microsoft business applications - Outlook, Word, Excel
