Description
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to wedding venues to introduce client's services and generate interest. • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts. • Articulate value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects. • Set up appointments for Account Executives by effectively scheduling meetings with interested leads. • Meet and exceed daily activity goals for calls, emails, and appointments set. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce (CRM system) • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. • Continuously refine and improve sales pitches and messaging based on feedback and performance analysis.
Requirements
• Track record in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging communication style. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed targets. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Google Calendar
