Description

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns. • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers. • Conduct cold emailing campaigns to prospects. • Manage and update sales team calendars. • Collaborate by sharing documents and relevant information. • Handle customer service calls and live chat interactions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Shopify is required, including order management and customer interaction. • Knowledge of Amazon platforms is preferred. • Proven experience as a sales administrator or similar role. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • High level of proficiency in the English language. • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills. • Experience with email marketing. • Goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics. • Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems.
