• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary objective will be to close sales on qualified leads, prioritize incoming new leads, and conduct follow-ups with older leads. You will play a crucial role in responding promptly to inbound inquiries, engaging with potential clients through various communication channels, and driving the sales process forward. This remote position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in variable compensation and professional growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in English • Knowledge of home care services or the ability to quickly learn and understand the industry. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. • Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms for remote work, including emails, phones, and web-based applications. • Highly responsive to inbound inquiries and proactive in engaging with existing leads. • Strong interest in variable compensation structures and a desire for professional growth. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
