Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare financial statements and accounting disclosures • Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations • Partner with third parties for audits and other corporate activities • Assist in developing internal controls • Evaluate, design, and implement financial systems and processes • Fully distributed team using Slack and Huddles • Encourage leadership and product involvement • Actively involved in the Bitcoin community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration • CPA designation preferred • 7-10 years of experience in financial management and accounting • Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in financial management software • Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable • Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
