• Provide written support to customers via Slack, in-app chat, and email • Assist in bug triage and communication with Engineering team • Contribute to documentation site with technical references, knowledge base articles, and FAQs • Collaborate with engineering team to improve product and developer experience

Requirements

• 2 years as a support engineer or software engineer, or related experience • Empathy for customers and eagerness to help • Understanding of software development concepts • Intermediate proficiency in at least one modern programming language • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • High level of ownership in a small team environment
