Description

• Lead a team in developing web applications for Employers • Optimize and improve scalability, stability, and efficiency of web applications, REST services, and backend processes • Recruit, hire, and develop a world-class team to support growing customer base • Manage and scale a full-stack development team • Motivate staff and provide technical direction and guidance • Define, manage, and enforce engineering standards and methods • Coordinate multiple projects across multiple departments • Own all operational metrics and support

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience • 5+ years of hiring and managing onshore and offshore engineering team members • Experience in breaking down monolithic architecture • Experience managing high-volume, scalable, complex, public-facing systems • Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns • 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft .NET and SQL database • 3+ years of experience in cloud computing • 5+ years of agile development • Experience in Financial Technology • Experience with SOC 2 or PCI compliance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant years of experience • Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Experience working on and supporting high volume traffic web applications
