• Lead Educational Sales Consultant • Drive growth and shape the future of IXL and Rosetta Stone K-12 platforms • Manage a team of 3-5 educational sales consultants • Responsible for own small territory revenue target • Report to one of IXL’s Regional Sales Directors
• BA/BS degree in Education or related field • Educational Technology Sales background • Complete understanding of the K-12 market • 5+ years of sales experience • Prior sales management experience preferred • Familiarity with Web-based technologies • Direct classroom experience highly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated success at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Aptitude for meeting sales goals • Passion for integrating technology into the classroom
• Base salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 + bonus + benefits • Individual pay based on work location, job-related skills, experience, and education • Recruiter will provide specific pay range during the hiring process
