Description

• Post transactional accounting information to appropriate general ledger accounts • Prepare statements, invoices, and moderately complex reports • Issue and manage credits to accounts • Process cash receipts and/or disbursements • Communicate with customers to ensure prompt payments • Prepare and maintain various reports • Maintain accurate aging reports • Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments • Interact with customers and internal team members to resolve issues • Assume tasks and responsibilities of other accounting/office staff as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable experience preferred • Strong math and data entry skills • Strong English written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and problem solving skills • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment • Previous experience communicating with customers on timeliness of payments • Experience with Google for Work (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.) • Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite ERP’s • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
