Description

• Be responsible for expenses and billing across multiple parts of our organization • Work closely with the Finance Manager to assist with various accounting duties • Prepare financial reports for managers and executives • Assist with manual data entry • Have ownership over tax/regulatory filings and projects related to AR and AP • Use Excel/Google Sheets to process large amounts of transactional data • Research and review various financial reports

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent preferred • 1-2 Years of relevant experience • Experience working in NetSuite and Quickbooks and Google for Work (Sheets, Docs, Drive) • Applied experience with basic accounting principles • You are a master at dealing with competing priorities • Eagerness to constantly learn and not being afraid to tackle the unknown • Detail Oriented – Letting nothing slip through the cracks • Being a team player – You are just as eager and willing to do the glamorous tasks as the not-so-glamorous tasks • Professionalism – Understanding the balance between transparency and discretion in your work – You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly and professionally • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
