• Looma's Director of Media Sales role blends sales, strategy, analysis, and design • Responsible for building a book of business with enterprise CPGs • Sell both the media buy and the content production to these brands • Build top-of-the-funnel prospects and lead them through the sales pipeline to deal-close • Educate brands about their need for optimized point-of-decision content • Develop and pitch content strategies to align with brand marketing objectives • Enable Looma to become dominant provider of in-store digital media for brands over the years
• Demonstrated experience selling to brand marketing executives at enterprise CPG brands • Demonstrated success selling media and/or advertising to CPG brands and/or shopper marketers • In-depth understanding of the shopper marketing ecosystem • Strong branding instincts and understanding of current brand trends • Startup experience strongly preferred • Strong customer orientation (natural sales and customer experience competence) • Warm and professional in communicating both internally and externally • Operationally excellent – able to manage dozens of relationships in concert • Fun to work with — collaborative, positive, and energized by challenges
