📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters. • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool. • Craft compelling job advertisements. • Collaborate with the Global Sourcing, Vendor Management and CTA teams. • Manage the entire recruitment process from application tracking to onboarding. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and metrics. • Gather and analyze feedback to propose improvements to processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting, focused on on-site data collection projects. • 3+ years of experience on managing teams. • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers. • Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards. • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
