• Oversee all end to end accounting functions • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures • Manage joint venture accounting function • Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations • Build and manage a team of accounting professionals • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment • Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance • Identify opportunities for process improvement • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Experience in a complex multi-site healthcare strongly preferred • A hands-on accounting leader • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset • Strong business partner experience • Data-driven and analytical • Strong management skills • Public accounting experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
