• Delight prospective customers by delivering an exceptional sales experience, providing demos of the Together platform for qualified leads, and managing the complete buying process. • Understand customer goals, challenges, pain points, and establish that Together’s platform is the best solution available. • Accurately forecast deals and revenue achievements through consistent and detailed management of your pipeline in HubSpot. • Follow up with prospects in a timely, conscientious, and professional manner. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g. Customer Success, Marketing, and Product) to contribute to the company’s overall success. • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic • Preferred: Experience within a B2B technology company • Preferred: Experience selling/interacting with HR or L&D teams • Required: 2+ years in SaaS sales • Required: 1+ year as an Account Executive in SaaS sales
