• Play a critical role in helping us close new business • Work with our Sales team to complete the relatively complex procurement items our customers require before closing a new deal. • Collaborate with our Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to understand our product and customers in order to help answer questions from prospective customers • Create Product knowledge documentation for the Sales and Customer Success teams • Facilitate the completion of platform security reviews and answer follow up questions from customers through technical understanding of IT • Assist with integrations to customer systems, such as HR systems • Gather requirements from customers and share your insights with the Product team to direct the product roadmap • Review feedback from customer's legal teams on Master Service Agreements and Data Processing Agreements • Attend calls with our customers to answer their IT and technical questions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to understand and synthesize complex technical information • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic • Experience within a B2B technology company • Experience working with CRMs • Preferred: Experience working with procurement or IT security teams
• Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 a year
