Description

• We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Consultant to join our team and provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our platform, Dynamics 365 software products, and related applications. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will play a critical role in communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service applications or Salesforce • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in customer service or technical support. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
