📋 Description

• Develop and tune a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development experts and create a stable pipeline of high-quality global talent • Identify, reach out to, and attract relevant professionals to grow Toptal’s technical talent community • Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to determine dynamic sourcing priorities • Monitor and maintain a consistent candidate pipeline • Work with the Talent Acquisition Lead to grow sourcing operations, develop process playbooks, and meet KPIs • Use internally developed tools to enhance sourcing efforts • Onboard into Toptal and complete role-specific training • Identify opportunities to penetrate the global market for specific sourcing requests • Build and refine sourcing strategy through testing, analysis, and data-driven improvements • Establish a stable pipeline yielding high-revenue candidates who pass screening and transition into client engagements • Run global sourcing efforts with discretion and independent judgment • Own global sourcing management and serve as its expert

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required • At least 4 years of experience sourcing or recruiting global technical talent with a proven track record of success • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced features for candidate research, outreach, and pipeline management • Thorough understanding of the global talent pool and global sourcing strategies • Strong ability to distinguish highly skilled developers from average talent • Ability to find and assess meetup groups, attend events, and network naturally • Ability and drive to identify opportunities to present at developer meetups • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, perfect grammar, and command of the English language • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality • Ability to communicate clearly and constantly via Slack and other collaboration tools • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle varied challenges, deadlines, and contacts • World-class individual contributor mindset • Resumes and communication must be submitted in English • No visa sponsorship or assistance is offered
