• Responsible for generating new leads and closing contracts with new partner salons in your region • Primary contact for initial outreach and proactive salon outreach through various channels • Target audience ranges from small beauty salons to medium-sized businesses • Explain products to potential partners digitally and in salons • Document activities in the CRM tool Salesforce
• Some experience in sales or customer contact is beneficial but not mandatory • Ability to engage decision-makers with empathetic and solution-oriented communication • Competitive mindset and enjoyment of teamwork • Self-motivated and positive attitude even in the face of rejection • Fluent in German (written and spoken), additional languages are a bonus
