• Lead technical execution on post-sales engagements, ensuring delivery excellence and forging strong relationships with our users, and deploying our tools in virtual private clouds and on-premises. • Become an expert at using the Unstructured API and Platform, building and presenting reference architectures, technical guides, and onboarding material for users. • Provide top-notch support and guidance on the deployment, integration, and/or use of our AI-enabling products. • Help grow our deployments through technical support to business development activities (giving demos and workshops, building prototypes, etc.). • Partner with our product managers and engineering leads to identify and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback and market signal. • Build deep expertise in the Gen AI industry, especially Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, and proactively share your knowledge with colleagues and customers.
• 3+ years of experience as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect • 3+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps. • Experience leading successful, customer-facing engagements, including deployments directly in customers’ environments. • Ability to write and maintain scripts in Python, especially for automation, API interactions, and data manipulation. • Professional experience with deployment technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and tools of major cloud service providers (Azure/AWS/GCP). • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools. • Familiarity with security best practices, including securing containerized applications and resolving vulnerabilities. • Excellent communications skills, including the ability to facilitate effective collaboration across teams and articulate technical solutions and value propositions to non-technical stakeholders. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, fluid environment, operating effectively both with relative independence and as a member of small teams. • Experience with or interest in building RAG applications. • While we are a remote first company, engaging customers requires a willingness and interest to travel up to 20%.
