Description

• Support the day-to-day operations of our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Drift, LeanData, 6Sense and other upcoming integrations • Execute ad, email, and event tracking programs, including driving strategies to increase engagement frequency and velocity • Manage and monitor audience segments and make recommendations on areas for optimization and changes to strategy • Identify and evaluate data sources required to expand our marketable database in our target segments. Own list import process for Marketo • Monitor email KPIs and make recommendations to improve delivery, opens, and engagements. Ensure strong domain and list health and create monthly audits • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide technical recommendations using the full features and functionality of Marketo • Launch prospect nurture programs, ensure they are working properly, and make recommendations for efficiencies • Administer the email sequence creation process for sales inbound campaign support • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 1+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, executing marketing campaigns, and working with SaaS products • 1+ years of experience with Marketo • Experience with at least one of the following: Salesforce, LeanData, 6Sense, Cadences, Domo, and Drift, or an equivalent platform
