• Drive the development and execution of strategies to align with business objectives • Manage 50+ clinical trial projects, highlighting risks proactively • Serve as the point of contact for status updates and in-house program • Champion delivery strategies to align team members and organize business outcomes • Identify opportunities for process improvement through data and stakeholder feedback • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle • Manage project budgets effectively to meet financial objectives

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in project management • Educational background or working experience in life sciences or technology • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities • Understanding of clinical trial processes preferred
