Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP • Assist with managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes • Implement and review new accounting processes for SOX compliance • Support FP&A with management account review and variance analyses • Assist with implementation of NetSuite and Sarbanes-Oxley Internal Controls • Streamline accounting processes for maximum efficiencies • Provide ad hoc project support to Finance and Accounting functions

Requirements

• CPA license (North America) • Experience in Biotech / Life Sciences industry with knowledge of US GAAP standards • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Incredibly ambitious with a desire for continuous learning • Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making Bonus: • Background in Big 4 public accounting • Experience in fast growth scale-up or start-up • Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, and Payroll experience • Experience with NetSuite and IPO readiness
