Description

• Create, own, and lead the plan for global international coverage ensuring Vonage has the best connectivity products and services to meet our customers' needs. • Collaborate with Vonage/Ericsson executive and directorate, CSP project teams, and leaders from business development, sales, marketing, operations and product teams to fully understand the market requirements and develop robust commercial planning models • Identify and drive systems and processes that enable Vonage to scale new connectivity with Carriers and Partners across network services and next-generation API's • Recruit, develop, and support senior commercial leaders to create sustainable growth via CSP partnerships • Build and maintain strategic relationships with CSP leaders, industry regulatory bodies, and key vendor partners • Position Vonage as the partner to work within the carrier community through industry engagement thought leadership and partnership • Alignment and collaboration with Vonage legal team to develop contract framework models • Work with Vonage Product Team to develop new API operating models

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of leading senior commercial teams and projects • Highly evolved strategic mindset capable of driving new initiatives from ideation to execution • Experience leading complex commercial projects involving extended virtual teams • Knowledge of the cloud communications industry (UCaaS/ CCaaS and /or APIs) • Deep knowledge of how the API marketplace is regulated, operated and managed • Experience working directly with the world's largest digital brands • Extensive experience working directly with Carriers (CSPs) globally • Fluent in English language skills
