Description
• Serve as a key member of the senior team • Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting functions • Lead efforts to streamline processes and enhance financial reporting accuracy • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team • Drive optimization of processes and systems within the finance department • Build, manage, and develop the finance and accounting team • Partner with executive leadership for strategic financial planning • Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making • Support board, investor, and lender relationships
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior finance and accounting leadership role • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and strong Excel financial modeling skills • Understanding of SaaS-specific sales tax compliance and liability management • Experience with subscription billing enterprise software solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven leadership capabilities • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, CPA or CMA preferred
