• Call businesses to set meetings for licensed brokers - lots of cold calls! • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling goals • Manage daily tasks in Salesforce • Complete quarterly learning and sales objectives • LinkedIn Prospecting • Setting up digital events and organizing/hosting sales webinars • Inviting prospective clients to company events • Sending out video brochures and following up with prospects • Handwritten cards to prospects • Setting up work comp analysis for broker • General broker support
• Sales Experience - Highly Preferred • Proven track record of quota and goal achievement • Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere • Knowledge with insurance (or Worker's Comp) preferred, but not required
