📋 Description

• Manage patient intake processes • Process prior authorizations • Monitor and manage incoming emails • Conduct basic insurance verification during the intake process • Check patients in according to the clinic's workflow • Answer phone calls and assist with front desk operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare administration experience • Familiarity with insurance verification processes • Experience with patient intake processes • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to learn and follow front desk workflows • Proficiency in AdvancedMD • Nice-to-Have Background**Experience in any of the following roles or settings is an advantage:** • Mental health services • Medical Receptionist • Front Desk Medical Assistant • Patient Coordinator • Intake Coordinator • Prior Authorization Specialist • Medical Virtual Assistant • Basic requirements • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly • Must have relevant work experience • Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory] • Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed) • Technical requirements • Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer. • Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 25 Mbps). • Audio: Noise-canceling headset. • Video: Webcam for virtual meetings. • Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.
