Requirements

• Successful product development, launch, and growth experience • Background in business planning process development • Involvement in sales enablement strategies • Beta program development experience • Strong technical solution design and implementation background • Understanding of software development lifecycle • Ability to provide direction in ambiguous situations • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills • Track record of meeting renewal rates and consumption goals • 7+ years of product management, consulting, or customer success experience • BS/BA or equivalent education; MBA preferred • Familiarity with creating compelling pricing strategies • Familiarity with developing marketing plans • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Escalation management experience • Adoption plan development experience
