• Product-led-growth (PLG) team at Workato • Group Product Manager • Maximize product adoption and usage growth • Work with cross-functional leadership • Build and manage roadmap • Connect the dots for cohesive customer experience • Launch and optimize messaging channels • Analyze data and present work to senior leadership • Ship minimum-viable products • Capture insights from growth experiments • Drive product strategy and experiments • Take risks and make calculated tradeoffs

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • SaaS Growth experience preferred • Technical foundation and ability to understand product/tech concepts • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Expertise in creating product guides and tutorials using Pendo is a plus • Strong communication skills • MBA or equivalent experience • Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Data-driven and customer-focused • Collaborative execution • Objective learning • Systems thinking
