Description

• Lead, manage, and develop a diverse marketing team of around 40 people • Translate Workleap's business objectives into ambitious and comprehensive marketing strategies • Establish the strategic vision of the marketing department with clear priorities and KPIs • Supervise the development and execution of all marketing initiatives • Use data-driven approach for decision-making and continuous optimization • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the marketing impact through strategic collaboration

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in marketing • Proven track record in strategic marketing planning • Experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives • Data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
