Description

• Build high quality, fault tolerant products that customers love • Foster an inclusive team environment where your team can do their best work • Work on problems with your team, finding the right balance between delegation and doing the work yourself • Work with product, UX, Data and other disciplines to discover the best solutions for our customers • Drive projects that have impact across engineering • Grow the team both through internal development and external hiring • Advocate for quick iterative development accompanied by experimentation analysis • Ensure we have the right balance of work towards short term and long term goals

Requirements

• Over 3 years of engineering management and experience managing managers. • Technical expertise in one or more relevant areas, particularly the design, implementation and maintenance of web services and/or infrastructure • Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience building and successfully growing development teams • A commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence and results • Experience working with Scrum or Agile team • Experience with Accounting is a bonus
