• Warner Music Group is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager responsible for working on various initiatives within the organization • The role involves building roadmaps and setting directions for teams while collaborating with technical partners and stakeholders • Opportunity to set technical vision and engineering best practices • Actively participate in career development of engineers and drive effective hiring and team building • Requires collaboration with business stakeholders

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field • You’re a passionate engineering leader, with at least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams • You're a hands on leader who can write code, conducts code reviews, and participates in setting engineering best practices • You communicate effectively and  have a proven track record of effective hiring and team building You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments • You’re an empathetic leader who builds strong teams
