Description

• Become the Product Champion: Collaborate closely with the squad to identify business needs and translate them into innovative solutions that drive user acquisition and growth. • Master of Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, keeping the team focused and energized. • Discovery Detective: Spearhead discovery phases of new projects, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and market opportunities for a product-led strategy. • From Concept to Completion: Own features end-to-end, guiding them from initial ideation through development and launch, with a focus on user adoption and engagement. • Communication Cornerstone: Maintain clear and concise communication across all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst with a focus on product-led startups. • A knack for identifying business needs and translating them into actionable solutions that drive user growth. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. • A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. • A passion for agile methodologies and a desire to continuously improve processes. • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira is a plus.
