📋 Description

• Build and launch a new product within Adobe’s incubator ecosystem • Compose, build, and scale full-stack product capabilities for an enterprise influencer-management platform • Develop backend services and workflows for creator discovery, campaign planning, collaboration, contract management, performance tracking, and analytics • Implement AI-powered features for creator matching, campaign optimization, content insights, and workflow automation • Integrate LLMs and agentic AI systems for task orchestration, recommendation systems, and automated campaign assistance • Build scalable data pipelines and integrations with social networks, analytics tools, marketing systems, external platforms, and APIs • Develop intuitive and performant front-end experiences for campaign management, creator collaboration, and performance analysis • Ensure systems are reliable, performant, secure, and scalable for enterprise requirements • Contribute to observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for reliable and transparent AI-driven features • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features quickly while maintaining enterprise-grade standards • Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and take ownership of complex problems in a flat, fast-moving incubator team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications • Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js or comparable frameworks • Proficiency in agentic AI development • Experience designing and building scalable APIs, backend services, and modern web architectures • Experience integrating AI services, LLM APIs, or machine learning capabilities into production applications • Familiarity with data modeling, integrations, and external platforms or third-party services • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across frontend, backend, and system integrations • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, multifunctional environments • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern deployment practices

🏖️ Benefits
