📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities supporting healthcare applications and services • Implement and govern Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including modules, state management, and CI enforcement • Drive compliance alignment across DevOps processes to meet SOC 2, HIPAA, and internal security standards using Checkmarx and SonarQube • Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational reliability across distributed cloud services • Collaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams on continuous monitoring, evidence gathering, and security assessments • Deliver infrastructure and application deployments during weekend release windows and participate in an on-call rotation • Enforce and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and technical design reviews • Troubleshoot and remediate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes • Monitor, support, and troubleshoot ETL and data integration workflows across production, QA, and development environments • Analyze and resolve incidents, job failures, and performance issues related to Informatica workflows, mappings, and SQL jobs • Own and maintain ETL components including Informatica mappings, metadata, scripts, schedules, and operational procedures • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of existing ETL jobs and processes • Ensure stability of data ingestion pipelines spanning batch, near-real-time, and real-time patterns • Collaborate with DBAs and Data Architects on partitioning, indexing, and optimization strategies • Develop or modify SQL scripts, stored procedures, database triggers, and queries for incident resolution, change requests, and performance tuning • Work with cross-functional and offshore teams to resolve issues, meet support SLAs, and follow operational guidelines • Manage concurrent support tickets, change requests, and enhancement tasks based on business impact and urgency • Ensure compliance with support, development, coding, testing, and change-management standards

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must reside in the United States in one of the 50 States or the District of Columbia • Proof of US citizenship required at time of hire • Work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • 5+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS • Expertise with YAML-based pipelines, including multi-stage pipelines, reusable templates, variable groups, and environments • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub/GitHub Actions for CI/CD, repository management, and pipeline governance • Proficiency using PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Expertise with Azure Cosmos DB, Kubernetes platforms such as AKS and EKS, or GitOps tools such as Argo CD and Flux • Experience with observability tools such as Azure Application Insights, New Relic, Azure Monitor, and CloudWatch • Certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-400 • Successful completion of a background check
