📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust database systems that align with business goals and objectives. • Optimize database performance, scalability, and security. • Develop, manage, and optimize ETL workflows using SSIS to support data migration, integration, and transformation needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data pipelines. • Design and develop dynamic and visually compelling reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI. • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting solutions to support business intelligence initiatives. • Implement data validation, quality assurance, and governance best practices. • Establish and enforce standards for data integrity, security, and compliance. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of database developers and analysts. • Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Partner with IT teams to align database strategies with organizational objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in database development and management. • Expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI. • Strong experience in SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedure development. • Proven experience in data modeling, database design, and performance tuning. • Experience leveraging AI in daily processes. • Proficiency in developing ETL workflows, data warehousing concepts, and multidimensional/Tabular models. • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. • Familiarity with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL) is a plus. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
