📋 Description

• Build and ship customer-facing features across the full stack, including Vue components, Laravel, Spring Boot, TypeScript-driven AWS Lambda services, data models, and migrations • Use AI coding tools and review their output to the same standard as personally written code • Design and document API endpoints, including pagination, filtering, and error handling for large customer environments • Instrument releases with logging and metrics, monitor post-release performance, and fix issues identified by data • Work with product and design to vet the roadmap and turn requirements into technical plans and shippable increments • Write unit and end-to-end tests • Review code and participate in code reviews • Improve performance, technical debt, and maintainability • Participate in the team's on-call rotation • Contribute to the shared component library • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and Quality Engineers • Regularly ship features to customers and own feature development end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years building and shipping enterprise web applications • Proficiency in TypeScript with a modern component framework; Vue preferred • Server-side development experience in an object-oriented language; Java with Spring Boot and Typescript on Node.js preferred • Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and an eye for queries that won't scale • Experience writing automated tests for the code you ship • Strong written communication • Passion for solving customer problems • Experience working with fast-moving cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product • Experience breaking complex functionality into a simple technical design • Comfort moving between a Vue component and a database query in the same day • An interest in continuous learning and sharing your knowledge with others • An ability to drive changes in technology and processes with humility and tact • A sense of ownership and curiosity that keeps you with a problem until you understand it • Must be able to pass a federal, state, county background check • Complete a local in-person verification • Not able to sponsor work visas at this time
