📋 Description

• Own securing technical wins and influencing purchasing decisions by architecting solutions leveraging Axon’s ecosystem • Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor throughout the Enterprise customer journey • Lead discovery and solution design through executive alignment and deal closure • Identify and architect high-value solutions by uncovering customers’ emerging operational needs • Deliver detailed, data-driven customer feedback to influence product roadmap prioritization and market fit • Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success • Document and share best practices and domain expertise to strengthen team performance • Report to the Sr. Director, Engineering- Enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in complex Enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience as a strategic, customer-facing technical leader • Expertise in customer discovery and translating challenges into scalable, outcome-driven solutions • Exceptional communication and executive presence • Knowledge of cloud environments and architectures, including AWS, Azure, and GCP • Experience integrating AI to deliver value • Experience with SaaS-based solutions • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs • Familiarity with CCTV and video management systems and access control technologies is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous environments • Proven record of productive cross-functional relationships • Strong ethics, humility, accountability, and resilience • Travel is 50%
