📋 Description

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions for Enterprise customers • Collaborate with Account Executives during sales cycles to uncover business challenges and align solutions with HR and leadership priorities • Prepare demo environments showing technical and business outcomes of Betterworks software • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution overviews • Demonstrate how technical features produce positive business outcomes • Translate HR processes into scalable solution configurations • Design and manage sandbox and trial environments • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and IT standards and support InfoSec and procurement reviews • Support early customer onboarding and implementation and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to services • Advise HR executives on ROI and outcomes related to engagement, retention, and productivity • Provide technical and functional expertise during executive briefings, CAB meetings, and Innovation Days • Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management for roadmap prioritization • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure consistent solution delivery and customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Customer Success/professional services at a SaaS company • Strong knowledge of related HR processes, including talent development, succession, skills, and engagement • Strong experience in enterprise SaaS operating systems and HR Tech software • Technical proficiency with SaaS integrations, including APIs, HRIS, SSO, and collaboration tools • Exceptional presentation skills for technical and business audiences, from IT leaders to CHROs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments and ability to influence across functions • Passion for improving employee experience and business outcomes through performance management • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a bonus • Background in consulting or enterprise HR technology is a bonus • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and GDPR is a bonus • Must adhere to information security policies and procedures • Must participate in information security awareness and training programs • Must handle data according to data classification and handling guidelines • Must report information security incidents according to company policies and procedures
