📋 Description

• Own architecture and delivery across multiple workstreams for Intelligent Applications • Define build approaches, templates, standards, and quality gates for forward deployed engagements • Mentor and guide multiple engineers • Lead UI, API, and data streams with sequencing, risk management, and integration plans • Define reference architectures and standards for SOLID/MVC boundaries, error handling, testing, observability, and security • Drive performance and data architecture decisions, including SQL/query patterns, indexing strategy, and data contracts • Create reusable accelerators such as scaffolds, templates, spec/context packages, PR checklists, CI quality gates, LLM/RAG reference modules, and evaluation scaffolding • Partner with data teams using Databricks or Snowflake for analytics/ML adjacency • Operationalize CI/CD and containerization standards, including pipeline guardrails, environment parity, container-first development workflows, and release verification • Coach senior and mid-level engineers to improve team throughput and quality • Partner with leadership and clients to quantify impact and adoption • Establish or strengthen standards and reusable assets that improve delivery velocity • Lead a multi-stream delivery track with strong quality and stakeholder trust • Reduce recurring issues through systemic fixes, tests, observability, and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years equivalent experience or demonstrated staff-level impact • Demonstrated multi-team or multi-stream technical leadership • Strong full-stack architecture depth with React/Angular and Python services • SQL performance leadership • Strong best-practices governance mindset • Demonstrated leadership shipping production LLM systems, including RAG, tool use, and evaluations • Engineering governance around AI-assisted development, including verification, secrets/PII, and supply chain • Preferred: experience operating in high-trust client environments and leading transformations • Preferred: experience establishing agentic engineering guardrails and templates across teams • Nice to have: Databricks and/or Snowflake lakehouse/warehouse depth, including secure patterns, performance, and operational integration with apps/APIs
