📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, FastAPI, and LangChain • Build and maintain scraping frameworks using Firecrawl, Playwright, or similar technologies • Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems, including LangFlow pipelines and agent-to-agent communication • Deploy multi-agent systems to production with robust monitoring and failover mechanisms • Integrate agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack, and internal business systems • Create responsive, user-friendly frontend components using React.js or similar frameworks • Implement real-time interfaces using SSE or WebSocket • Monitor agent performance and interaction logs using observability platforms such as LangFuse • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews • Help drive system architecture decisions • Collaborate with AI/ML, DevOps, and Product teams in agile environments • Support Granicus information security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, and data privacy requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of full-stack development experience • Expert-level Python proficiency • Strong backend experience with FastAPI, asyncio, and scalable microservices • Experience building and deploying web scraping frameworks such as Firecrawl, Scrapy, and Playwright • Hands-on experience with agent-based systems • Experience with agent-to-agent (A2A) communication • Experience with LangFlow orchestration • Experience deploying multi-agent systems in production • Experience integrating agents with Salesforce, SharePoint, CRMs, or similar systems • Frontend development experience using React.js, TypeScript, or other modern frameworks • Familiarity with agent observability tools such as LangFuse • Experience using developer AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Winsurf, or equivalents • Ability to meet Granicus information security and data privacy responsibilities • No degree requirement stated; Granicus notes it does not have degree requirements for most roles
