📋 Description

• Build automation solutions end-to-end across the business, including integrations, data pipelines, workflow automation, and scripting • Partner with stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities • Exercise judgment on when AI is appropriate versus traditional integrations, scripts, or workflow changes • Own integrations and data movement between systems, SharePoint, SQL, file shares, and documents • Handle ingestion, transformation, and keeping downstream data fresh • Build AI features including prompt design, RAG pipelines, chunking, embedding, vector indexing, and LLM integrations • Collaborate with the C#/.NET and Angular ERP development team on feature work, bug fixes, and code reviews • Stand up and maintain containerized services, including self-hosted components such as Qdrant, on Azure • Collaborate with specialized consultants and absorb knowledge to reduce consulting spend • Prototype quickly to validate automation ideas before full implementation • Build and run owned automation solutions in a 'You Build It, You Run It' model

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a backend developer • Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js • Familiarity with RAG concepts, chunking strategies, embeddings, and vector search • Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar • Strong troubleshooting skills for integration-related issues • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Airflow • Familiarity with Redis for caching, lightweight queues, and workflow state • Experience deploying applications via Docker • Familiarity with cloud-based environments, preferably Azure • Strong grasp of version control and basic CI/CD pipelines • Ability to monitor system health and troubleshoot script failures in production • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills • 3–7 years of full-time full-stack development experience • 3+ years building system integrations, data integrations, or APIs for critical business systems • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field is a plus • Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time zone • This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
