📋 Description

• Develop and maintain software applications using the .NET Framework based on project specifications • Enhance, modify, and support existing functionality • Assist with deployment planning and system maintenance to minimize workflow interruptions and downtime • Contribute to reliable and stable software releases • Troubleshoot and solve coding problems and implement code or configuration changes to correct errors • Analyze data inputs, identify potential problems, and create contingencies such as error handling and alternate workflows • Test applications and debug or correct issues to ensure reliability and stability • Collaborate with the IT/Systems team, company leaders, stakeholders, and Systems Analysts to understand project requirements and process flows • Communicate alternate solutions and help ensure optimal solutions are executed • Assist in developing and maintaining program development and revision documentation • Assist with user documents and training materials • Participate in learning and development opportunities and improve individual performance • Coordinate, oversee, participate in, and/or conduct special projects independently or as part of a group • Coordinate and communicate with remote development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of C# coding language, SQL, HTML, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Angular Framework, and software testing and maintenance • Strong intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, tact, quality orientation, service orientation, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, strong work ethic, positive attitude, follow-through, urgency, and integrity • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment • Strong organization, problem analysis/solving, conflict resolution, active listening, oral and written communication, information analysis, and time-management skills • Proficiency in the .NET Framework and C# programming language • Proficiency in the Angular Framework and related programming languages • Experience designing and working within enterprise application architectures • Software Developer: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and/or three or more years of Computer Information Systems experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Senior Software Developer: Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or six or more years of Computer Information Systems experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Advanced fluency in C# development on the .NET Framework • Senior Software Developer: Proven track record of driving successful project migrations and system modernizations • Insurance knowledge is a plus
