📋 Description

• Design, configure, architect, and maintain a large virtual desktop environment • Serve as the subject matter expert for troubleshooting performance issues across the organization • Provide Tier 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues • Guide desktop optimization for platform interoperability • Act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure technologies • Provide endpoint support and troubleshoot virtual desktop-related issues • Administer, engineer, and implement virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologies • Operate across multiple complex production environments with multiple stakeholders • Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and make-or-buy decisions • Support system design and integration, process automation, and process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) • Master's degree + 7 years’ experience OR 16 years of experience • Experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage and Virtual Desktops • Experience managing and administering Windows Servers • Experience with Azure AD, Intune, FSLogix • Experience in VDI profile management • Experience with endpoint protection, policy management and application of STIGs • Experience with AVD integration with Office 365 services • Experience with desktop software provisioning and support services • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
