📋 Description

• Develop new core product capabilities from the ground up using Django, Python, and React. • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions. • Optimize platform performance and resolve bottlenecks for enterprise-grade data sets. • Help drive requirements and migrate to a new common platform across products. • Maintain code quality, automated testing, and observability. • Mentor other engineers on the team. • Work on the Sales Planning platform, including Quota, Capacity, Territory management, and a revenue planning AI agent. • Shape the product’s AI strategy and technical foundation. • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours critical-issue support and system uptime.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency in Python, React/TypeScript and databases. • Understanding of how to leverage AI tools effectively to ship reliable code at pace. • Proven track record of building and scaling products from early stages. • Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment. • Ability to design data models and APIs supporting complex business logic and high data volumes. • Ability to translate customer feedback and business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience building and maintaining observable, reliable production systems. • Excellent communication skills and product sensibility. • Experience with Django strongly favoured. • Experience building AI model feedback loops. • Experience implementing AI evaluation and guardrails, including offline/online evaluations, safety filters, policy enforcement, failure detection, human-in-the-loop workflows, and red-teaming.
